PDF files

The PDF organizer processes selected PDF bytes, page data, and temporary previews locally in your browser. Fylqen does not send PDF document contents to a document-processing server or third-party PDF conversion API. Normal website, hosting, asset, and CDN requests can still occur, and ordinary technical request logs may be handled by hosting providers.

What the tool processes

When you choose an image, Fylqen processes the file bytes, filename, declared type, image dimensions, and related browser-readable metadata in your browser so it can inspect, resize, crop, encode, validate, preview, and download a result. Pasted requirement text is also processed locally in your browser.

Files and requirement text

Image files, processed outputs, previews, temporary object URLs, filenames, image pixels, EXIF data, and requirement text are not intentionally uploaded to or stored by Fylqen for image processing. Browser workers and temporary memory used during processing are released when the workflow no longer needs them. An unchanged JPEG passthrough can retain metadata already present in that source file.

Technical logs and analytics

The hosting and delivery infrastructure may receive ordinary technical request logs such as request time, URL, status, network information, and browser or device information according to the provider's configuration and retention practices. No analytics SDK, advertising tracker, or intentional collection of file contents, filenames, image metadata, or requirement text is included in the application.

Local preferences and external links

The selected light or dark theme may be stored locally as the non-sensitive fylqen-theme value in localStorage and a SameSite cookie for up to one year. Fylqen does not use accounts, profiles, file history, or server-side file retention. Source links in verified presets lead to websites controlled by their respective operators; their privacy practices and content are independent of Fylqen.

Security, retention, and deletion

Fylqen is designed to minimize collection of personal information. Files are processed locally in your browser and are not intentionally uploaded to Fylqen for image processing. Server-side technical logs, if generated by hosting infrastructure, are retained according to that provider's configuration. There are no Fylqen accounts or stored user files, so there is no account or file-history deletion mechanism in this product.

International users and minors

Fylqen can be used internationally and this page does not claim compliance with every jurisdiction. Do not intentionally submit a child's personal information or sensitive documents unless you are authorized to do so. Parents, guardians, and organizations should review the official destination's instructions and obtain any permissions required for their use case.

Policy changes and contact

This page may change when the product's data flows change. A dedicated privacy-request contact channel is not currently published; the operator should add an approved contact method before treating this policy as final. Do not send image files, requirement text, or other sensitive information through an unverified channel.
