PDF organizer

The PDF organizer supports bounded page-level operations in the browser, including reordering, rotation, deletion, extraction, and merging. Password-protected, encrypted, signature-marked, XFA, and corrupt PDFs are not supported. Advanced structures such as forms, annotations, bookmarks, attachments, metadata, actions, and digital signatures are not guaranteed to be preserved.

Service

Fylqen is an independent browser-based tool for preparing supported image files for another website, portal, form, or workflow. Supported processing occurs locally in your browser. The service may change, be unavailable, or behave differently across devices, browsers, and image codecs.

Validation and responsibility

Fylqen validates only the supported technical requirements shown in the current interface and the actual generated result. It does not automatically validate every instruction, including background colour, face visibility, recency, physical measurements, DPI, filename rules, signature style, thumb or hand instructions, or other subjective visual requirements. You are responsible for checking the current official instructions and reviewing the file before submission.

Verified application presets

Verified presets are checked against the linked source on the displayed verification date. Requirements can change. Fylqen validates only the supported technical requirements shown and does not guarantee acceptance by the receiving organization. Presets are starting points, not compliance guarantees.

Fylqen is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the government authorities, organizations, exam authorities, banks, universities, or application providers whose public requirements are referenced.

Third-party sources and links

Source links point to third-party websites, including official websites controlled by their respective operators. Fylqen does not own or control those websites or their content. Their requirements, availability, privacy practices, and submission decisions may change independently of Fylqen. Verify the current source before final submission.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use Fylqen lawfully and only with files and content you are authorized to process. Fylqen's name, branding, interface, and original content remain the property of their respective owners. Do not imply that Fylqen or its presets are government-approved or endorsed.

Availability, warranties, and liability

Fylqen is provided as-is and as available, without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or accepted by a third party. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fylqen is not responsible for rejection by a receiving organization, browser or codec limitations, loss caused by reliance on changed third-party instructions, or indirect consequences of using the service. Nothing here limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be limited.

A dedicated public support or legal contact channel is not currently published. The operator should add an approved contact method before treating these terms as final. Do not send sensitive files or personal information through an unverified channel.
