How the range works

18 KB is below the range, 32 KB satisfies it, and 61 KB is above it. Under 50 KB is not equivalent to between 20 KB and 50 KB.

Measured output only

Fylqen uses the actual encoded Blob size for verification. It does not pad files artificially to reach a target.
